Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Ohio.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Leadership roles such as ADON, DON, or unit manager preferred.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and nursing operations knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing services and operations.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and accountability to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct rounds, review documentation, and respond to resident condition changes.
• Support wound care management and collaboration with wound care team.
• Help maintain compliance with facility policies and state/federal requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and survey readiness.
• Provide staff education, coaching, and hands-on clinical support.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
