Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in CRM, Client Engagement, Loyalty, Direct Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including managing a team.
• Retail luxury experience preferred.
• Experience in omnichannel CRM environment and clienteling.
• Strong understanding of client segmentation, retention, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Engagement strategies across client segments, product categories, and sales channels.
• Drive adoption of clienteling tools and CRM enhancements via cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee reporting, KPIs, and ROI of client engagement programs.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to the Client Engagement team.
• Ensure thorough transitions and documentation at the start and end of the maternity coverage period.
• Coordinate with Retail, Marketing, Product, Events, and Client Experience teams.
