Job summary

David Yurman is seeking an experienced Director of Client Engagement to cover maternity leave from November through April. The role leads the Client Engagement team, oversees clienteling strategies and tools, and partners with Retail, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology to translate priorities into actionable programs for the sales organization.

The position emphasizes driving client relationships, repeat business, and adoption of clienteling practices while ensuring continuity of leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in CRM, Client Engagement, Clienteling, Loyalty, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including managing and developing a team.
• Retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative or analytical field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of established Client Engagement strategies and priorities across client segments, product categories, and sales channels.
• Oversee Client Engagement reporting and performance measurement, including data capture, client retention, outreach, engagement, and customer care KPIs.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, prioritization, and support to the Client Engagement team.
• Partner with Learning & Transformation to support ongoing Client Engagement training and reinforcement across the sales organization.
