Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives in alignment with global PCD HR priorities and local North American market needs.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior HR leadership, including calendar coordination and expenses.
• Partner across teams to ensure delivery of programs and events.
• Support onboarding and offboarding coordination for new hires with HR and cross-functional teams.
• Craft internal communications aligned with brand tone and priorities.
• Coordinate logistics and stakeholder communications for key initiatives and events.
• Track timelines and dependencies across multiple projects.
