Job summary

Unity Search is seeking two experienced Cost Controllers on a contract basis to provide visibility into project spending and help keep costs on track. These roles blend finance, analysis, and project cost management while partnering closely with operational and financial leaders.

Travel to project sites in Texas is required, and candidates should have construction or project-based cost-control experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost control, cost management, project accounting, construction accounting, or a related finance position.
• Construction or project-based industry experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of budgets, forecasts, actual costs, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a changing, fast-paced environment.
