Job summary

CFS partners with a Boston-based nonprofit to recruit an Accounting Manager who will lead daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will oversee general ledger, close month-end, maintain internal controls, manage grants and restricted funds, and support audits while developing staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience owning month-end close.
• Nonprofit accounting experience preferred.
