Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Interim Community Association Manager in New Jersey to lead day-to-day operations for a community under Board direction. You will ensure compliance with governing documents, manage staff, and oversee budgets and financial reporting.

You will collaborate with Board committees, coordinate community services, and maintain strong communication with residents while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Three years of experience in Property Operations, Hospitality or Construction. State certifications and licenses preferred.
• Commitment to obtain CPM, PCAM, ARM or AMS designations or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to develop short- and long-range plans to meet Board objectives.
• Review organization structure and roles; propose changes to the Board.
• Oversee budget development and monthly financial reporting for the association.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise all community staff.
• Coordinate with emergency services and external agencies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, civil codes and budgets.
