Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive kitchen experience in a hotel or related field.
• Must have a 2-year college degree.
• 3+ years of related food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen work areas and staff, including cooks and stewards.
• Supervise food preparation and proper receiving/storage of items.
• Develop and adhere to kitchen budget according to hotel standards.
• Review and implement menu changes per corporate directive.
• Develop employee morale and train Kitchen personnel.
• Conduct monthly department meetings with kitchen staff.
