Job summary

Highspring seeks an interim Chief Financial Officer to stabilize the finance function across a multi-site field services platform, delivering transparent monthly reporting and integrating recent acquisitions.

This role requires building trust with branch managers, the executive team, and private equity sponsors, and driving accountability through clear numbers and disciplined forecasting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of financial leadership experience, incl. multi-site or field-service PE portfolio depth.
• Proven track record integrating bolt-on acquisitions ranging from $5M–$50M.
• Strong ability to build trust with executives, managers, and PE sponsors.
• Comfortable leading through transitions and complex reporting.
• Willingness to travel for regional coverage in the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Establish monthly financial reporting packages for transparency.
• Bridge corporate finance and field operations for accountability.
• Lead post-merger integration and standardize systems and COA.
• Define KPIs including utilization, density, and job profitability.
• Manage working capital and cash forecasting to enable growth.
