Job summary

Highspring is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer for a 3-6 month engagement focused on stabilizing operations, post-merger integration, and modernizing the tech stack and ERP environment. The role requires delivering steady leadership and detailed financial packages to support a time of transition.

Ideal candidates have prior seated or interim CFO experience in PE-backed, multi-entity services and a track record of integrating disparate systems while improving reporting and cash flow

Qualifications

• Previous success as a seated CFO or Interim CFO in a PE-backed business services organization.
• Deep domain knowledge of multi-unit or roll-up models in services.
• Hands-on experience leading data migrations and financial systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the current finance tech stack, ERP, and reporting tools across all acquired entities.
• Design and execute a streamline roadmap to consolidate accounting systems into a single, scalable ERP.
• Automate data flows between operations platforms, billing, and the general ledger.
• Provide steady leadership to guide the finance team through change management and transitions.
• Optimize cash flow visibility, working capital, and treasury management for the consolidated group.
• Partner with the private equity sponsor, CEO, and leaders to deliver timely monthly financial packages.
