Job summary

Confidential private equity-backed software company is seeking an Interim CFO to provide hands-on financial leadership during a critical transition. You will partner with executive leadership and PE stakeholders to stabilize operations, optimize cash flow, and drive strategic decision-making.

The role requires a senior finance leader with SaaS experience, PE environments, and a proven ability to quickly assess priorities and guide execution, including forecasting and risk management.

Qualifications

• Previous CFO or senior finance executive experience within a SaaS/software company.
• Experience working in a private equity-backed environment.
• Experience supporting companies with approximately $100M–$500M in revenue.
• Strong operational finance, accounting, forecasting, and cash management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on financial and strategic leadership during the transition.
• Partner with executive leadership and PE stakeholders.
• Stabilize cash flow and drive execution of financial plans and priorities.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting during the engagement.
