Job summary

CFS is seeking an experienced Interim CFO to provide executive financial leadership and continuity during a search for a permanent CFO. The role emphasizes strong GAAP, ASC 606, and a broad remit across finance, treasury, budgeting, and strategic transactions.

The ideal candidate will have proven CFO experience in a complex organization, with PE-backed or healthcare/services experience considered a plus. This is a 3-month assignment with potential extension in a high-functioning finance group.

Qualifications

• Proven CFO experience in a complex organization.

• Experience supporting M&A and investor communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level financial leadership during transition to permanent CFO.
• Oversee accounting and financial reporting with focus on ASC 606.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, cash management, and treasury.
• Partner with CEO on financial and operational decisions.
