Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Interim CFO to lead a private equity-backed, tech-enabled services company during a CFO search. This is a ~3-month assignment with potential extension, requiring strong technical accounting and broad CFO responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will bring GAAP mastery, ASC 606 expertise, and leadership across forecasting, treasury, and strategic finance. Collaboration with the CEO and investors is essential for ongoing value creation.

Qualifications

• Proven CFO experience within a complex, multi-faceted organization.
• Strong GAAP and technical accounting foundation, with ASC 606 expertise.
• PE-backed experience preferred; healthcare/services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level financial leadership during the transition to a permanent CFO.
• Oversee accounting and financial reporting with emphasis on revenue recognition.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, cash management and treasury activities.
• Partner with the CEO and executives on financial & operational decisions.
• Manage lender/investor communications and support valuation work.
• Guide M&A diligence and transaction activity.
• Lead and support the finance team to ensure continuity.
