Qualifications

• ERP implementation or optimization experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Review and improve financial statements, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee payroll approval and accounting operations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team.
• Partner with executives to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
