Qualifications

• Seasoned CFO or senior finance executive with prior CFO experience.
• Experience in healthcare services and/or tech-enabled healthcare strongly preferred.
• Experience operating in a PE-backed environment is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in executive settings.
• Ability to join a established organization and earn the confidence of the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight of the finance organization.
• Partner with the CEO, ownership group, and senior leadership.
• Lead and support an established, high-performing finance team.
• Maintain continuity across financial reporting, planning, analysis, and core finance activities.
• Oversee financial operations and ensure financial discipline and execution.
• Support the transition of responsibilities from the current CFO.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO and ownership group.
• Help maintain momentum across key finance priorities during the search.
• Provide hands-on leadership and guidance as needed without disrupting the organization.
