Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network in Whittier, CA seeks an EBSH Interim Assistant Administrator to help oversee daily activities in the homes and ensure high-quality care for clients. You will assist the Administrator, develop and implement policies, and coordinate with management to safeguard health, safety, and well-being.

The role requires ARF certification, DSP I/II, CPR/FA and CPI, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Requires ARF certification, DSP I and DSP II certificates, CPR/FA and CPI certifications, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong organizational and supervision skills for managing staff and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily home operations with the Administrator.
• Manage staff performance, coaching, and hiring decisions.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain client and facility files per CCR Title 17 requirements.
• Coordinate with regional centers and licensing agencies.
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff; ensure compliance with regulations.
