Hollywood Feed is seeking an experienced Interim Manager, Compensation & Benefits to lead total rewards operations during a 3–6 month transition. You will oversee benefits and compensation programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide data-driven insights to support talent retention in a high-growth retail environment.

The role emphasizes benefits oversight, wage structuring, HRIS administration, and collaboration with Payroll to reconcile deductions and payouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Interim/contract leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) programs.
• Audit and maintain base pay structures and market pricing for equity and competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and state payroll rules.
• Serve as HRIS/payroll module administrator and improve processes.
• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate deductions and bonus payouts.
