Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Interim Facility Business Office Manager in Knoxville, TN to lead AR and collections, supervise staff, and ensure compliant billing operations. You will partner with the REBOC and Controller to optimize processes and performance.

Provide training, enforce policy, and drive accuracy in Medicaid/Medicare billing while supporting a patient-centered, care-driven administrative team. This role is on-site and integral to daily operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years accounts receivable experience; long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care AR practices and Medicare/Medicaid billing.

Mansioni

• Act as interim facility Business Office Manager when vacancies occur, focusing on AR and collections.
• Train and onboard new Business Office staff with REBOC support.
• Ensure Medicaid/Medicare billing accuracy and regulatory compliance.
