Job summary

CampusWorks is seeking Registrar Consultants to help higher education clients strengthen registration operations and improve student experience. The role may be remote or onsite and can be full‑time or contract (1099). You will guide clients in best practices and leverage ERP functionality to meet goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Registrar and hands‑on experience with major ERP systems, plus strong leadership and communication skills to train end users and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience as a college or university Registrar.
• Experience with higher education ERP software (Ellucian Colleague, Banner, Jenzabar, Workday) and training end users.
• Ability to assess registrar operations and recommend process improvements.
• Demonstrated leadership and change management skills.
• Strong communication and consultative client approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Interim Registrar, providing day‑to‑day leadership of the registration department staff.
• Oversee current registration projects and priorities.
• Assess the efficiency of the registrar department.
• Provide registrar consulting on student services topics and challenges.
• Design and deliver training; align policy, process, procedures, and personnel to leverage solutions.
