Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years IT consulting or hands-on Banner experience.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support application design and configuration through customization and coding.
• Write and maintain technical specifications and documentation.
• Provide technical assistance for ERP and integrated systems.
• Attend internal and external meetings and trainings.
• Analyze and document data, workflow, and interfaces.
• Train end users or support staff to use programs.
• Build and apply technical and safety standards to support client value creation.
• Support analysis and design of business processes.
• Maintain currency of technical knowledge and share with others.
