Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking an interim full-time Beauty Rituals counter lead to deliver personalized beauty experiences and drive sales. This role is planned to continue through May 2027.

You will perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, set and hit sales goals using in-store and digital tools, host vendor events, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment for every customer. Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through ongoing training, with a flexible schedule including
