Nordstrom leads the beauty customer experience in Los Angeles, seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to blend sales leadership with education. You will guide makeup applications, skincare analyses, and brand education to help customers achieve their beauty goals.

In this role you’ll drive sales, host events, and build loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards while collaborating with a passionate team in a dynamic department.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and beauty, including trends, makeup application, and skincare.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer’s beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends via trainings from Nordstrom and brand partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards.
