• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to maximize results
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
• Keep up with beauty trends and products through trainings
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and Nordstrom Rewards accounts
