Job summary

The position includes developing training programs, recruiting, ensuring safety, and coordinating game prep. Benefits are provided; contract renewed annually as specified by the athletics department.

Qualifications

• One season of NCAA college baseball coaching experience.
• Knowledge of baseball strategies and hitting development.
• Ability to recruit and monitor academics.
• Excellent communication and inclusivity.

Responsibilities

• Advise student-athletes and staff on intercollegiate rules and policies.
• Develop preseason and in-season training plans.
• Recruit student-athletes.
• Ensure safety during activities.
• Coordinate activities for scheduled competitions.
• Monitor academic performance and support goals.
• Assist with fundraising per agreements.
• Submit monthly schedules.
• Attend meetings.
• All other duties.
