Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or combination of education and coaching experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of coaching strategies and ability to lead a positive playing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching leadership aligned with COD mission and core values.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the baseball program, including practices and games.
• Ensure NJCAA eligibility and academic progress requirements for student athletes.
• Recruit prospective student athletes from high schools following NJCAA guidelines.
• Assist in travel arrangements and handling of team funds.
• Monitor conduct and sportsmanship on and off the field/court.
