Qualifications

• 8+ years in brand/integrated/strategic marketing
• Experience in consumer tech or culturally-driven brands
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master’s is a plus
• Ability to lead 4 direct reports in US Integrated Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of marketing strategy and GTM plans
• Manage external and internal partners; briefs, feedback, assets, and reports
• Ensure campaigns are on time and within budget
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, PR, Media, Product marketing
• Oversee influencer/creator workstreams and talent partnerships
• Lead US creator ecosystem strategy
• Partner with Product to align product strategy with market insights
• Be data-driven; monitor campaign impact and market performance
