Job summary

Bumble Inc. is seeking an Interim Associate Director of US Integrated Marketing to lead strategy and execution across brand and performance programs during a fixed-term maternity cover of six months.

You will oversee a 4-person team and work with creative, PR, media, and product marketing colleagues to drive cohesive campaigns in the US market. You’ll translate business objectives into integrated plans, optimize performance, and ensure timely delivery while managing partnerships with agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Master’s is a plus.
• Experience leading multi-channel campaigns and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of marketing strategy and integrated go-to-market plans.
• Manage external and internal partners to develop integrated campaigns and manage execution and reporting.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget with strong project management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive holistic plans and metrics.
• Provide leadership to a team across the US Integrated Marketing function.
