Job summary

Sonoma State University seeks an Interim Associate Dean for Academic Pathways and Partnerships to lead curriculum and program development within the Office of Academic Programs. Qualifications

• Earned doctoral or terminal degree; minimum three years of higher education leadership experience.
• Proven record of teaching and supporting a diverse student population and curriculum development/approval.
• Experience with academic planning, program development, scheduling, and assessment; strong governance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Administer and provide strategic leadership for curriculum and program development within the Office of Academic Programs.
• Oversee dual enrollment and external K-12 partnerships to support college readiness.
• Coordinate curriculum development/change processes and career integration planning.
