Sonoma State University in Sonoma, CA, seeks an Interim Associate Dean for Academic Pathways and Partnerships to provide strategic leadership for curriculum and program development within the Provost’s Office.

The role oversees dual enrollment, K-12 partnerships, and career pathways, while guiding staff and coordinating curriculum changes; candidates should have a doctoral degree and higher-education leadership experience.

Formación

• Doctoral or terminal degree required and active record of higher education leadership.
• Experience with curriculum development, program planning, and assessment.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, student success, and collaboration across campuses.
• Experience with shared governance and scheduling in higher education.

Responsabilidades

• Lead curriculum and program development within the Office of Academic Programs.
• Oversee dual enrollment and external K-12 partnerships to support college readiness.
• Coordinate career pathways and align curricula with strategic enrollment goals.
• Supervise staff and manage curriculum change processes.
