Job summary

CFS is seeking an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist in Midtown, Manhattan, to manage full-cycle AP across multiple entities on-site. You will handle a broad mix of invoices, ensure correct entity allocation, and support year-end close. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with multi-entity structures are preferred.

This temporary role offers on-site hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no overtime expected. Working knowledge of NetSuite or Ramp is a plus, and exposure to a multi-entity accounting
