Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Farmers Branch, TX is seeking an Interim Accounting Manager to join on-site for a temporary assignment and support day-to-day accounting operations.

You will manage general ledger, month-end close, and reconciliations, while overseeing AP and AR to ensure accurate reporting and cash management. ERP systems and Excel proficiency are required; SAP experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred or in progress.

• Review and approve balance sheet and bank reconciliations, journal entries, and other accounting transactions.
• Support month-end close activities.

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client is seeking an Interim Accounting Manager who can step in quickly to support day-to-day accounting operations. This is a fully on-site temporary assignment in Farmers Branch, TX.

Role Responsibilities

• Managing general ledger accounting functions and ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting
• Reviewing and approving balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and other accounting transactions
• Supporting month-end close activities
• Overseeing AP and AR activity to support accurate reporting and cash management
• Working independently and making routine accounting decisions with minimal supervision
• Using ERP systems and advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred Manufacturing industry experience preferred
