Responsibilities

• Support accounting processes and month-end activities during the transition.
• Document current processes with the finance team to ensure nothing is missed in the cutover.

What you'll do

• Serve as the HRMS subject matter expert during the move to Business Central
• Help with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation between the two systems
• Support accounting processes and month-end activities during the transition
• Work with the finance team to document how things run today and make sure nothing is missed in the cutover

What we're looking for

• Hands-on accounting experience with Harry Rhodes (HRMS) software. This is the must-have.
• An accounting background in manufacturing, corrugated, or packaging, or a similar environment
• Staff accountant through manager level is welcome. Depth of HRMS knowledge matters more than title.
• Business Central or other ERP migration experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfort working independently and remotely
