Job summary

The Claremont Colleges Services is seeking a part-time Religious and Spiritual Life Associate to provide programmatic, logistical, and administrative support for RSL activities under the direction of the Chaplains. The role runs during the academic year from August to May, up to 20 hours weekly, with many events in evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Background in studying religion; spirituality degrees preferred.
• Experience with college-aged students desirable.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical support for RSL programs including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Organize and run interfaith activities for student groups.
• Publicity and marketing of programs via emails, flyers, social media, calendars, websites.
• Coordinate recording, photography, and sign-ups for events and programs.
• Assist with supplies, updating cloud documents, and coordinating with partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
