Job summary

Ogden Fire Department is seeking a dedicated AEMT/EMT Transport Ambulance Technician to perform interfacility patient transport and provide emergency medical care. Under supervision, you will assess and stabilize patients, operate EMS equipment, and ensure readiness of vehicles and equipment for duty.

Responsibilities include maintaining training records, adhering to protocols, and participating in safety and risk management.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Utah AEMT or Paramedic credentials.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• NIMS IS100, IS200, IS700, and IS800 training within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide interfacility transport of patients between care facilities.
• Assess and stabilize patients for safe transport.
• Operate emergency medical equipment and administer basic life support.
