Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician to respond quickly to emergency and non-emergency calls, assess patient conditions, and provide essential life support during transport. You will work within a dynamic EMS team, ensuring safe patient handling and accurate documentation.

The role requires completion of an AEMT program, BLS, and an active driver's license, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of AEMT Course.
• Must obtain AEMT license in state of operation within 120 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
• Current valid driver license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls quickly and efficiently.
• Assesses patient conditions to determine nature and extent of injuries or illness.
• Provides basic life support, first aid, CPR, and other BLS measures.
