Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an Interface Manager to identify, manage, and resolve interface issues across complex infrastructure and energy projects. The role coordinates stakeholders, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and seamless project execution.

You will develop an Interface Management Plan, track interfaces, and drive best practices while traveling to project sites as needed. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, project controls, or interface management within large-scale construction, infrastructure, or energy projects.
• Proven experience in managing complex interfaces involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an Interface Management Plan (IMP) for assigned projects, outlining strategies, processes, and tools for effective interface identification and resolution.
• Proactively identify potential interface conflicts and interdependencies between project disciplines, engineering teams, construction crews, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular interface meetings and workshops with relevant parties to discuss interface points, track progress, and agree on resolution strategies.
• Establish and maintain an Interface Register, documenting all identified interfaces, their status, responsible parties, and resolution plans.
• Act as a central point of contact for all interface-related queries and issues, ensuring clear and consistent communication across project teams.
• Monitor and track the closure of interface actions, escalating unresolved issues to project leadership as necessary to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
