Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an Interface Manager to identify, manage, and resolve interface issues across project elements, stakeholders, and contractors. You will coordinate communication and workflows within complex infrastructure and energy projects to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 7 years of leadership in interface management or project controls. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, project controls, or interface management on large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex interfaces among multiple stakeholders and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an Interface Management Plan (IMP) for assigned projects.
• Identify interface conflicts and interdependencies across disciplines and stakeholders.
• Facilitate interface meetings and workshops, tracking progress and resolutions.
• Maintain an Interface Register with interfaces, status, and owners.
• Serve as central point of contact for interface-related queries and issues.
• Monitor closure of interface actions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to meet interface requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on interface status and KPIs for management.
