Job summary

Luster National is seeking an experienced Interface Manager for a large, complex rail infrastructure program in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role focuses on establishing an Interface Management Plan, governance, and tools to identify, track, and close interfaces across engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years' experience in interface management on large rail infrastructure programs.
• Experience developing and implementing an interface management plan on multi-contract programs.
• Interdisciplinary design review across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the interface management plan, register, and control documents.
• Identify interfaces across engineering, procurement, and construction and coordinate resolutions.
• Chair interface coordination meetings and drive items to closure with recommended paths.
