Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Epic Certified Analyst with expertise in ASAP and healthcare workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong configuration skills, a deep understanding of clinical operations, and the ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality system solutions.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of Epic configuration and healthcare experience.

Epic Certification: ASAP (Required)

Other Certifications (a plus) : Order Transmittal, Orders, Ambulatory

Experience with Nursing, ED, and Operating Room workflows (Required)

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, or related field.

Certified Epic expertise with hands-on system build and configuration experience.

Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows and processes.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define system requirements.

Design, build, configure, and test Epic solutions to meet business and clinical needs.

Provide post-deployment support, including user assistance and system adjustments.

Analyze workflows and data to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Work with cross-functional teams on design, testing, implementation, and upgrades.
