Job summary

The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services, Division of State-Operated Specialty Care, Bureau of Woodward Resource Center (WRC) is seeking a Treatment Program Manager to join our Habilitation Services team.

This full-time role features a non-fixed, variable schedule and requires leading an interdisciplinary team to provide assessments, interventions, strategies, and supports for individuals to live in the most integrated setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's or master's degree in a professional discipline related to human care and treatment, a human service field, or equivalent licensure/experience.
• Experience with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred; licensure may apply per state law.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities for an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated, interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and support individuals in the most integrated setting.
• Monitor service implementation, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise staff and administer policies; train supervisors and assign caseloads.
• Collaborate to define, measure, and improve quality of services and outcomes.
