Torch Technologies is seeking a General/Interdisciplinary Engineer for the AFLCMC/HBS/WIW program at Tinker AFB, OK. The role covers system design, architecture, and lifecycle support across acquisition phases in a hybrid work model.

The position requires DoD-related experience, clear communication, and the ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance goals within DoW/AF processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• 3–7 years of DoD/DoW experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to perform cost/schedule/technical evaluations.

Responsabilités

• Provide engineering support across design, analysis, and lifecycle activities.
• Translate requirements into system design and interfaces.
• Prepare and review program specifications, reports, and documentation.
• Support test planning, execution, and evaluation; participate in reviews.
