Job summary

Prologis is seeking an Interconnection Manager to lead strategy and execution for energy infrastructure across its nationwide real estate platform. The role focuses on utility-scale storage, on-prem power, distributed generation, and hyperscale data center support, coordinating across development, M&A, and capital deployment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of interconnection or energy infrastructure experience.
• Experience evaluating utility-scale and distributed energy locations.
• Prior interconnection in CAISO, PJM, ERCOT, SPP or MISO markets.
• Experience negotiating interconnection agreements and coordinating with utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead interconnection strategy and execution across utility and ISO/RTO markets for utility-scale storage and on-prem power infrastructure.
• Own interconnection queue positions, financial postings, and study outcomes across the portfolio.
• Interpret study results (load flow, short circuit, contingency, stability, deliverability) to support commercial decisions.
• Coordinate with Legal and external counsel on negotiations of interconnection agreements.
• Provide clear communication to senior leadership on interconnection risks and schedule impacts.
