Job summary

Pivot Energy is seeking a results‑driven Interconnection & Incentives Specialist to manage utility interconnection applications and incentive programs nationwide. As the primary liaison with utilities, you will streamline communications, ensure timely progress, and maintain accurate project records across multiple markets.

This role offers growth, collaboration across teams, and the chance to build scalable processes that support solar and battery storage deployments nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating interconnection processes or utility coordination is preferred.
• Strong data entry and data management skills using common tools.

Responsibilities

• Create scalable process – regular communication with utility partners, timeline and status reporting to Pivot teams.
• Submit interconnection applications and track milestones under supervision, escalating issues as needed.
• Enter and maintain data using Excel/Smartsheet, with increasing autonomy.
• Manage portfolio dashboards and verify payment transactions and milestone statuses with finance and project teams.
• Collaborate across development, engineering, and finance to maintain real-time progress visibility.
• Lead regular updates on portfolio status, risks, and key decisions.
