Job summary

Henkel is seeking an Intercompany Specialist to manage orders end-to-end for Henkel Affiliates, coordinating export documentation and liaising with logistics and customer service teams. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, accurate administration, and continuous improvement to support excellent customer experiences.

A background in customer service and familiarity with SAP and Salesforce Cloud are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactive order management from creation to invoicing for Henkel Affiliate orders.
• Coordinate with regional logistics to meet export documentation and requirements.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Support, Supply & Stock, and Supply Planning to ensure replenishment service levels.
• Manage end-to-end orders to deliver strong customer experience.
• Participate in claims management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor returns and debit/credit notes and resolve escalations under pressure.
• Ensure SHE objectives are met in compliance with regulations.
