Job summary

Paxos is seeking an Accounting Manager, Global Entities & Intercompany, to own the intercompany framework, transfer pricing, invoicing, settlement and documentation. This role partners with Legal, Treasury, Tax, in-country teams and external advisors to maintain accuracy and compliance.

You will coordinate statutory audits and regulatory examinations across jurisdictions while ensuring US GAAP alignment and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in public or in-house accounting within a multinational or multi-entity organization.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA (or equivalent).
• Hands-on intercompany accounting and transfer pricing experience.
• Experience coordinating statutory audits, regulatory examinations and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Exceptional organization and program-management skills with strong documentation habits.
• Excellent communication across cultures, time zones and external advisors.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or multi-entity ERP; comfort using AI tools to assist work.

Responsibilities

• Own the intercompany framework across Paxos' entities: maintain intercompany agreements, oversee transfer pricing calculations and true-ups, manage invoicing, settlement and netting.
• Act as the accounting team's single point of contact for statutory audits and regulatory examinations across jurisdictions: manage PBC lists, coordinate responses, track items and drive improvements.
• Coordinate tax compliance support with our tax advisors and internal tax lead—gathering support, tracking calendars and ensuring data ties to filings.
• Oversee relationships with in-country accounting partners and outsourced providers so local statutory reporting reconciles to US GAAP and is on time.
• Lead or support entity projects such as restructurings, new-entity setups, currency changes and ERP integrations.
• Build ownership maps, calendars, trackers and process docs to show ownership and status of deliverables.
• Translate accounting, tax and regulatory detail into clear updates for Finance leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Identify gaps in processes, controls and documentation and drive scalable improvements.
• Immerse yourself in blockchain technology and regulatory-first approach.
