Job summary

Paxos is hiring a Manager, International Accounting Operations, to own intercompany and transfer pricing management across the group. You will coordinate audits, regulatory examinations and tax filings, working with Legal, Treasury, and in-country partners to ensure accurate US GAAP reporting and timely deliverables.

You have 6+ years in public and in-house accounting, a CPA or equivalent, and strong experience with intercompany flows, multi-entity setups and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years combined public and in-house accounting experience.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and transfer pricing in a multinational setting.
• Ability to coordinate audits and regulatory examinations across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own intercompany framework and transfer pricing calculations with external advisors.
• Coordinate statutory audits, regulatory examinations and tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Maintain ownership maps, calendars, trackers and process documentation.
• Ensure US GAAP alignment and timely delivery of statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal, Treasury, Tax and in-country partners to govern entities.
