Zusammenfassung

OneEnergy is seeking an Accounting Manager, Corporate Accounting, to prepare consolidated financial statements, lead technical accounting analyses, and coordinate audits and tax for the corporate group.

You will design scalable intercompany processes, support internal controls, and partner with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. CPA and 5–8 years in accounting strongly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA.
• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience across public accounting and industry, including financial reporting and technical accounting responsibility.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, including footnotes.
• Own corporate close activities: consolidations, eliminations, equity.
• Prepare supporting schedules, reconciliations, and flux analyses.
• Maintain the corporate reporting calendar and prepare analyses for leadership.
• Research and prepare technical accounting memos for complex matters.
• Serve as technical partner reviewing contracts and translating conclusions.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on federal, state, local taxes.
• Manage coordination of the annual financial statement audit.
