Epsilon, a Publicis Groupe company, seeks aBilling & Contract Administration professional to manage end-to-end intercompany billing processes, validate invoices, and maintain client master data. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, and Client Success to support contracting and billing activities while driving process improvements and internal controls.

The role emphasizes data reconciliation, reporting, and audits, with opportunities to automate and streamline procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, recurring billing, revenue operations, or related finance operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, problem-solve, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP; SQL and BI tools are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Analyze usage reports and billing data to validate invoice accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and reconcile billing support documentation, supplemental reporting, and month-end billing files.
• Partner with operational teams to resolve reporting, account structure, and data quality issues that impact invoicing.
• Work closely with Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, Client Success, and external stakeholders to support contracting and billing activities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for billing inquiries, invoice disputes, and contract-related questions.
• Assist with onboarding new intercompany clients, billing entity setup, and account maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve billing accuracy, reporting efficiency, and internal controls.
• Document procedures and maintain process documentation to support scalability and business continuity.
• Participate in audits and support month-end and quarter-end close activities.
