Job summary

Eastern Utah Community Credit Union is seeking an attentive Teller to accurately process financial transactions and serve members whether in person, at the drive‑up, or by phone. You will provide friendly, confidential service and help members understand products and remote services.

Qualifications

Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.
High school degree or GED required.
Must comply with policies and regulations including BSA and the Patriot Act.

Responsibilities

Process financial transactions for checking, savings and lending customers; verify and confirm transactions.
Educate members about internet banking, eStatements and remote/eServices; meet referral goals.
Receive loan payments and deposits; verify amounts and balance cash drawer.
Issue cashier checks and money orders; verify currency and amounts according to procedures.
Research, troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries regarding policies and products.
Balance cash drawer daily and report outages; support other departments as needed with member requests.
