Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process monetary transactions and log checks, prepare transaction reports.
• Count and package currency.
• Reconcile cash drawers.
• Open new accounts and assist with loan applications.
• Promote the credit union's products and services.
• Keep members’ personal information confidential.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
